1 small carrot
1 small zucchini
1 small sweet potato
Preheat your oven to 80°C (175°F) or use a food dehydrator.
Wash and peel the veggies, then slice them very thinly (use a mandoline if you have one).
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake/dehydrate for 2 hours or until crispy but not burnt.
Let cool completely before offering to your budgie. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Avoid adding salt, oil, or seasonings.
Introduce crisps slowly and in small amounts.
Always remove uneaten crisps after a day to avoid spoilage.
