1 boiled egg yolk (mashed)
1 teaspoon grated mild cheese (like cheddar)
1 teaspoon finely chopped spinach or kale (optional)
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Mix the mashed egg yolk, grated cheese, and chopped greens in a bowl.
Spoon small dollops (pea-sized) onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until firm but not browned.
Let cool completely before offering to your budgie.
Use mild cheese without added salt or spices.
Budgies can eat cheese but not much of it. only a nibble. you can leave out the cheese
Introduce gradually, especially if your budgie isn’t used to dairy.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
