Chickpea & Veggie Mash
Description: High in plant protein and texture — ideal during molting or growth.
Prep: 7 mins | Cook: 5 mins | Servings: 2 budgies
Ingredients:
1 tsp cooked chickpeas (mashed)
1 tsp grated carrot
1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Boil chickpeas until soft and mash them.
Mix with grated carrot and parsley.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes:
Only use plain chickpeas (no salt or canned additives).
Protein-rich; offer a few times a week max.
